I brought my Canon 5D Mark III and my Canon 70-200mm 2.8 II along with me for a Mother’s Day hike on Sunday. Jonah joined us as well and behaved pretty well in between barking and trying to eat everything off the ground. Blessed with some awesome weather that made for perfect lighting when it came to portraits, it proved to be a great day. I am consistently impressed with the 70-200mm 2.8 lens when it comes to portraits and if it weren’t for the size, I would have it my pocket all day every day ready to go.
